Resolution
Contact NetIQ Technical Support for more information about this issue. Some corrections may not fit every environment.
Cause
The servers in question are built with Windows X64. This 64 bit OS (Windows Server 2003 Std Ed x64 bit) does not come with 64 bit Microsoft Access ODBC drivers. It does however come with a full set of 32 bit drivers. These can be viewed in the registry under the 32 bit emulation key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI
Or, using the 32 bit ODBC control panel:
C:\WINNT\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
