The transactions initiated by my third party iSeries communication products, like ZMODFTP, do not show up in RRM.

I am using ZMODFTP to communicate to other systems but the transactions do not show up in RRM.

fix

Some third party communications products bypass the iSeries exit points which are monitored by RRM, hence, RRM is unable to display information for these communications events.
Please contact your vendor for more information if you want to know how the third party product is bypassing the exit points monitored by RRM.
