Symptom
Unable to access the Administration server from the web console.
Users who are not Domain Admins are unable to launch the Web Console.

Fact
Directory and Resource Administrator 8.x
Cause
Authenticated Users has been removed from permissions to the Program Files\NetiQ\DRA directory.
Fix
To resolve this issue add the Authenticated Users group back to the Program Files\NetiQ\DRA directory with Read and Execute permissions.
