Error: 'VCADDA:com.jnetdirect.sql.x: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'Agents' with unique Index 'IX_Agents'.'
cause
An agent is already registered in the VigilEnt database with the agent name you are attempting to register.
fix
To resolve this issue, specify a unique agent name when registering the agent.
