Error when sending email to user accounts mail-enabled by the DRA Web Console client.

Error: The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      UserLastName, UserFirstName on 1/1/2006 9:01 AM
            A configuration error in the recipient's e-mail system prevented delivery of this message.  Two recipients are configured with the same e-mail address.  Contact your administrator.

cause
The Web Console truncates LegacyExchangeDN value when mail-enabling user accounts.

fix

This issue is resolved in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 8.0 and later. Upgrade to the latest version of DRA to resolve this problem.
