NetIQ Technical Support and Product Marketing posts the latest technical information including hotfix announcements, new releases, specific product conferences, and updates in the Product Notification Forums. You can sign up to automatically receive email notifications for new postings about NetIQ product updates and releases including hotfixes, service packs, security alerts, and vulnerability updates.
- In a browser, access https://www.netiq.com/support/
- Sign on with your MyNetIQ account. If you do not have a MyNetIQ account, click Learn how to access locked support resources, then click Create a MyNetIQ account.
- Under Product Notificatioins, select Sign-up for Notifications..
- Select the products you want to receive email notifications for.
- Click Save.
