The FAGPGREQ private message queue is filling up with messages.

GPG is not reporting changes made to GPOs.

cause
The GPG service account does not have permissions to the FAGPGREQ message queue.

fix

Grant the GPG service account permissions to the FAGPGREQ, FAGPGEVENTFORWARDER_XQ, and FAGPGEVENTFORWARDERBAD_XQ message queues.

To grant the GPG service account permissions:

1. Right click the FAGPGREQ message queue and select Properties.
2. On the Security tab, click Add and locate the GPG security account.
3. Click OK.
4. Select the GPG service account in the access list and give it full control.
5. Click Apply and OK.
6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 for the FAGPGEVENTFORWARDER_XQ, and FAGPGEVENTFORWARDERBAD_XQ message queues.
7. Restart the Message Queuing service.
