Resolution

The following is reference code for use in an HTML or XML policy for linking to a URL:

  1. Open a policy in the HTML editor.
  2. Copy the sample link above making sure to change the URL to the desired address.
  3. In the HTML editor, click the Edit HTML box located just below the edit box.
  4. Past the link into the policy.
  5. Uncheck the Edit HTML box.
  6. Click Save.
