Resolution

The NetIQ AppManager agent runs on a 64bit system as a 32bit application, so the keys are separated from the 64-bit applications. You can find the registry keys in the following location:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > NetIQ

Cause

The NetIQ AppManager installer places registry keys for installations on a 64-bit machine in a different location than a standard 32-bit install.
