Error: 'This job was canceled by the user, or no data was returned from the endpoints due to an unexpected error.'

symptom
Vulnerability Manager cancels my job and says that no data is found, even when data exists.

cause
The Agent Request Timeout value expired before the job was completed.

fix

To resolve this issue, increase the Agent Request Timeout value within the Core Services Configuration Utility.

On the machine running NetIQ Core Services, open the Core Services Configuration Utility.  Select the Network tab and increase the Agent Request Timeout value.
