To access locked resources on the NetIQ Online Support site, you need a current NetIQ Support Plan for your product and a myNetIQ account. To enable your myNetIQ account, complete a request form. Requests for online access are normally processed within 2 business days.
To request access to locked support resources:
Access https://www.netiq.com/support/contacts.asp and sign on with your myNetIQ account.
- Complete the Company and Requestor Information section.
- In the Products covered by a maintenance agreement field, select VigilEnt Security Agents.
- Complete the Designated Technical Support Contact Information section.
- Click Submit.
