cause
The product was restored improperly and object ownership of programs ALCL11V23 and ALCL12 is incorrect.

fix

To change object ownership for programs ALCL11V23 and ALCL12:

  1. On an iSeries command line, type the following commands, pressing Enter after each:

    PSINSTALL/PSSETAUTH OBJ(PSAUDIT/ALCL12) OBJTYP(*PGM)
    CHGOBJOWN OBJ(QSYS/ALCL12) OBJTYPE(*PGM) NEWOWN(PSOBJOWNS)
    GRTOBJAUT OBJ(QSYS/ALCL12) OBJTYPE(*PGM) REFOBJ(PSAUDIT/ALCL12)
    PSINSTALL/PSSETAUTH OBJ(PSAUDIT/ALCL11V23) OBJTYP(*PGM)
    CHGOBJOWN OBJ(QSYS/ALCL11V23) OBJTYPE(*PGM) NEWOWN(PSOBJOWNS)
    GRTOBJAUT OBJ(QSYS/ALCL11V23) OBJTYPE(*PGM) REFOBJ(PSAUDIT/ALCL11V23)


  2. Confirm that profile PSOBJOWNS is enabled.
