The Web Console does not currently support adding users to groups.

fix

The Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Web Console does not currently support adding user accounts to groups during the create or clone process.

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Directory and Resource Administrator.
