Group Policy Administrator (GPA) does not currently have the functionality to perform an automatic or manual-start synchronization of all GPO changes from Active Directory (AD) to those in the GP Repository.  Changes made to GPOs in AD must be re-imported manually, one at a time.

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Group Policy Administrator.
