Unable to obtain the source account information for <SamAccountName>.

cause
This can be caused by Domain Migration Administrator not being able to match the source SamAccountName with the migrated target SamAccountName. The passwords will not synchronize correctly because Domain Migration Administrator will not see a matching source and target samaccountname for which to synchronize passwords. This typically occurs in the following scenarios:

• If a password synchronization is initiated from the DMACLI (command line interface).
• If the users whose passwords are being synched were migrated using modeling.

fix

To work around this issue, perform the password synchronization only from the Domain Migration Administrator Console instead of using DMACLI when the user accounts were migrated with modeling.
