Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) does not currently include a trigger specifically for the UserDisable operation. The UserEnable trigger fires on both UserEnable and UserDisable operations.  No existing triggers fire only on UserDisable.

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Directory and Resource Administrator.
