I get errors when I try to run SMS reports.

cause
The Company Names defined in Secure Menuing System (SMS) contain apostrophes.

fix

Secure Menuing System (SMS) reports return errors if the Company Name defined in SMS for the submitter contains apostrophes.

To correct this problem:

  1. To access the Work With Companies screen, from PSMENU, select options 1, 1, 3, and 11.
  2. Remove any apostrophes in the Company Name value defined in the SMS option for Work With Companies.
