Situation

What are the values that are represented in the data returned by the BES_InactiveUsers KS?
Why does the BES_InactiveUsers chart appear to show the Number of Days in legends in HEX format?

Cause

The data in the legend of the chart reflects the values BES Server: user Display Name (BlackBerry device PIN). The PIN appears as a hex value. This is not the number of days returned by the data stream. The number of days is in the actual data rather than the legend. The data for this report is based on the raw data from the besmgmt database.
