Yes.  Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) allows for the simultaneous management of Microsoft Exchange 5.5 and Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 organizations.  However, since DRA cannot create Exchange 5.5 mailboxes, any new mailboxes created or cloned in an Exchange 5.5 environment are created as Exchange 2000/2003 mailboxes.  If you enable support for both Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000/2003, install the Exchange 2003 support tools with Exchange 5.5 support enabled on the DRA servers.
