NT_MemByProcess or NT_CpuByProcess Knowledge Scripts generate a large amount of duplicate data (NETIQKB53028)

Situation

NT_MemByProcess or NT_CpuByProcess Knowledge Scripts generate a large amount of duplicate data for each monitored process.

AppManager repository grows significantly when running the NT_MemByProcess and NT_CpuByProcess Knowledge Scripts.

Duplicate data is generated for the All Processes monitoring option in these Knowledge Scripts.

Resolution

This issue has been addressed in hotfix 54068, please refer to this KB NETIQKB54068

 



Cause

NetIQ Technical Support has determined that there is an issue in version 6.0.2 and has corrected the problem with Hotfix 53028.
