Situation
Domino_DBDocnumber not eventing when threshold exceeded
Resolution
You must use the Select View and Mail without quotes (Select View = Mail) in the ValuesTab of the Knowledge Script properties. In addition, ensure your Domino mail server is configured to have all messages populated to the mailbox database. Please check with your Domino Administrator for more details.
Cause
The problem is that the View Name was not input correctly into the Values tab.
