AppManager reports complete with data tables, but does not provide graphs or charts. (NETIQKB52963)

ReportAM_PerfOverview does not create the default.htm1.*.png file. All other report files are created successfully.
Report appears to have completed successfully and a success event is generated.
The default.log file in the report folder does not contain any errors, but it does contain the following:

Remove any temporary XMLfiles created by the AppManager Knowledge Scripts that were not automatically deleted by the Knowledge Scripts.  Temporary XML files reside in the %TEMP% folder for the account context  running AppManager service accounts.  Temporary XML files will have a random string name similar to AOKQOIFXTHDLAXO.xml.

If removing the temporary XML files does not correct the problem, move or remove any old report folders.

An .xml file is corrupted.
