Most likely discovery was unable to match the web services listed in the WSDL with an IP address on the local machine, and the Infravio Agent proxy was not installed. Verify the host address of the WSDL URLs specified is a real hostname and not localhost. In addition, verify the location of the web services listed in the WSDLs is local to this machine or the Infravio Agent proxy is installed.'

Resolution
To resolve the issue:
- Unbind all IP addresses from the specified Network Interface Card that are not associated with the monitored web service.
- Install the Infravio Web Services proxy using the ProxySetup-2005-05-03.msi. The setup file is on the agent computer in the ..\ProgramFiles\NetIQ\AppManager\Infravio directory.
- Run Discovery_WS.Net.
- After successful discovery, rebind all other IP addresses not associated with the web service to the shared Network Interface Card.
Cause
