Situation
Error: 'Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'blobid', table 'QDB.dbo.blob'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.'
Resolution
In some instances, information within the AppManager Repository may be misconfigured or disabled through custom (non-AppManager) SQL jobs.

Cause
The Identity property has been disabled for the blobid column in the BLOB table.
