Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) does not automatically delete the Exchange 2000/2003 mailbox of a user account that is deleted.  The client console does not provide this option.  You can use a script available on the NetIQ DRA website's Knowledge Depot to perform this function.  The DeleteMailbox.vbs script is available for download from the Knowledge Depot link at https://www.netiq.com/support/dra .
