Status of an approved GPO remains 'Approved for Export' after being rolled back.

If a GPO is approved and then rolled back, the GPO's status remains 'Approved for Export.'

symptom

If an approved GPO is rolled back, the approval status should change to 'Not Approved.'

cause
The rollback does not alter the GPO?s status. If the GPO was approved before the rollback, it remains approved.  If it was awaiting approval, it will be awaiting approval after the rollback. 

fix

Workarounds:

• Limit the number of users with 'Rollback' permission in GPA.
• Put a process in place for rolled-back GPOs to go back through the approval process.
