Situation
Operator Web Console closes unexpectedly with no error.
Application event log has two entries :

Resolution
If you are running version 6.0.1 or earlier of NetIQ AppManager, you must upgrade your QDB and other AM Core Components to AM 6.0.2 or higher in order to correct this issue. If you are already running AM 6.0.2 or higher, please contact NetIQ Technical Support.
Cause
This error with the NetIQ AppManager Chat Console only occurs with NetIQ AppManager 6.0 SP1 and NetIQ AppManager 6.0. The problem does not occur with NetIQ AppManager version 6.0.2
