Using the SBMJOB command to run an OAM compliance report returns an error.

symptom
Error: 'CPD1617 Value specified for USER parameter not correct' when running an OAM compliance report.

cause

Profile QSECOFR is specified as the default user profile.

fix

Do not use profile QSECOFR to run the OAM compliance report. Submit the job under the job's current user profile, which cannot be QSECOFR or the other profiles noted below.

According to IBM, the following system user profiles may not be specified as the default user profile:

• QDBSHR
• QDOC
• QLPAUTO
• QLPINSTALL
• QRJE
• QSECOFR
• QSPL
• QDFTOWN
• QTSTRQS
• QSYS
