Directory and Resource Administrator does not run a Full Accounts Cache Refresh for NT 4.0 Domains. In a mixed environment the refresh interval for NT 4.0 domains is set to one hour as a filler value in the registry. The value has no use since this type of refresh is not done in NT 4.0 Domains.  Although this can be changed in the interface it will revert back to one hour when the screen is reloaded.
