You can run all three DRA components (Delegation and Configuration Console, Account and Resource Management Console, and the Web Console) with a different user account by using the 'Run As' feature.  To use the 'Run As' feature, the account you want to use as the 'Run As' account must have logon rights on the computer where you are performing the 'Run As' command.

To run a DRA console with a different user account:

1. Right-click the program icon for the Delegation and Configuration Console, Account and Resource Management Console, or the Web Console.
2. Click Run As.
3. Click The following user.
4. Enter the user name and password of the account you wish to use, and then click OK.
