Agent fails with Unable to find library 'libssl.so' on HPUX Itanium systems (NETIQKB52009)

The agent will log errors similar to the following in the netiq_agent_install.log:
/usr/lib/hpux64/dld.so: Unable to find library 'libssl.so'.error from system: 9Failed

And you may find this in the nqmlog.err:

/usr/lib/hpux64/dld.so: Unable to find library 'libssl.so'./usr/netiq/appmgr/UnixAgent/bin/nqmagt detects that UnixAgent has been terminated by signal 9

You need to Install the OpenSSL package for HPUX, making sure that the liraries are available in the standard path.

For the 6.5 Agent, running under HPUX, we require that the OpenSSL package is installed.
