No, enabling Exchange support in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA), either during installation or afterwards, does not install additional agents on the domain controllers in your managed domains. DRA installs the NetIQ DRA Agent only if you select that option. Exchange support has no dependencies on the NetIQ DRA Agent to function.
