It takes a long time to migrate one mailbox.
cause
Exchange Migrator will update the Exchange cache because Exchange Migrator needs to login to each mailbox it migrates in order to stream the mail across. Updating the Exchange cache may take up to 30 minutes, depending on the network and RUS configuration.
fix
There is no way to avoid the cache update when migrating only one mailbox. However, because the cache update does not occur for each mailbox, you can speed the migration process by selecting multiple mailboxes to migrate.
