Error: 'The alias specified does not conform to the policy.'

cause
The user logon name, sAMAccountName, specified in the account creation wizard is in violation of the the $NameUniquenessPolicy because the name is already in use somewhere in the AD forest.

fix
To resolve this issue, change the user logon name, sAMAccountName, to a name that is not already being used.
