When setting up a new ActiveView rule, I cannot select a specific domain.

symptom
There are no domains to choose.

symptom
The list of domains is empty.

cause
You have enabled departmental support, and the Directory and Resource Administrator service account does not have permissions to manage anything at the domain level.

fix

When departmental support is enabled in Directory and Resource Administrator you will only be able to select the specific containers which the DRA service account has permissions to manage.
