Exchange-RT_SendAndReceiveMessage creates a new *.ost file on each iteration.
Every time the Exchange-RT_SendAndReceiveMessage KS runs, the KS creates another offline folder file.

To disable the Use Cached Exchange mode:

1. Stop all existing Exchange-RT_SendandReceiveMessage jobs.
2. On the agent where the Exchange-RT script runs, open Control Panel> Mail.
3. Select Show Profiles.
4. Select the Profile that the Exchange-RT script is using.
5. Click Properties.
6. Click Email Accounts>  View or Change existing email accounts.
7. Select Microsoft Exchange Server.
8. Click Change.
9. Clear Use Cached Exchange Mode.
10. Click Next.
11. Click Finish.
12. Click Close then OK.
13. Drop a new Exchange-RT_SendandReceiveMessage.

The Outlook profile uses cached exchange mode.
