Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) does not currently provide the ability to limit or specify user objects to which the Restore User from Recycle Bin power (or any of the Recycle Bin powers) should apply. Once you delegate this power, it applies to all user objects in the Recycle Bin.

Recycle Bin powers include:

• Delete User Account Permanently
• Delete User from Recycle Bin
• Restore User from Recycle Bin

Technical Support has opened an enhancement request to include this functionality in a future version of DRA.
