Cannot add repository in Control Center (NETIQKB51787)

Error: 'This repository is already added into another CCDB. The same QDB cannot be added into more than one CCDB' when adding QDB into Control Center.'

Control Center incorrectly reports that a repository already exists.

In the event the Control Center item has been moved or manually altered, you can use a SQL Query to update the AppManager repository.  Contact NetIQ Technical Support and reference this KB for more information.

The Control Center has a record of an existing server. For example, Control Center has crashed and you are installing a new one or the Control Center module has been moved to another server.
