Some of my SAR report jobs have stopped running and I am not getting any reports or they contain partial information.

fix
On a command line on the iSeries server, enter command DSPMSG MSGQ(PSAUDIT/AUDITMSGQ) to view error messages for problem determination. This message queue contains notifications if an attached audit journal receiver had a status of either *PARTIAL or *FREED.  It may be appropriate to delete or save the receiver.
