symptom
Trying to access the Email Monitor returns error RNQ0103.

cause
This error is usually caused by a corrupt pending email message.

fix

To view Email Monitor activity, you must clear the Email Monitor error by performing the following steps:

1. Access the Work with Monitors screen. To access the Work with Monitors screen, from PSMENU select options 3 and 4.
2. Type 9 (End) to the left of the Email Monitor and press Enter.
3. From the command line, type the following command and press Enter.

   ADDLIBLE PSCOMMON

4. Type the following command and press Enter:

   PSRUNSQL REQUEST('delete from psdetect/pse100p') CONFIRM(*NO)

5. Access the Work with Monitors screen. To access the Work with Monitors screen, from PSMENU select options 3 and 4.
6. Type 8 (Start) to the left of the Email Monitor and press Enter.
