Situation

Error: 'CHR0419: Phone xx.xx.xx.xx does not have any data ready for RTPStatShow.'
Cannot find data required to perform a diagnostic.

Cannot run a diagnostic test.

Resolution

In order to prevent this error message run a diagnostic soon after a call has been placed between two sets.

Cause

The statistics for the call between the two phone sets no longer exist. Vivinet Diagnostics does not retain data indefinitely.
