Situation

The first step of the Call Data Analysis ETL job failed with error 'Process was not found.' The ETL job last run status shows Failed in Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager.

Resolution

To correct the issue with the path you should reboot the Microsoft SQL Server computer.

Cause

The ETL job needs the dtsrun command to start a DTS package. The SQL Server installation program installs this command and sets the system environment path. However, the setting will not take affect until the computer has been rebooted.
