Situation
Security Manager Forensic Analysis reports do not display all iSeries events.
Multiple PSEREPORT jobs are running in the ZPSE subsystem when only Security Manager is configured to submit requests to the iSeries agent.
Log Manager does not receive data from the iSeries agent.
PSEREPORT jobs consume high CPU utilization.

Resolution
PTF 1C03013 resolves a potential issue returning data to Security Manager Log Manager. This PTF also changes the job name that processes Log Manager requests on the iSeries from PSEREPORT to PSEGETLOGS. You can download PTF 1C03013 from the following site:

Cause
Log Manager requests data from the iSeries according to a user-defined time interval. If the iSeries agent does not return data to Log Manager before the next request for data is sent, job requests can stack in the job queue and prevent the iSeries agent from returning data to Log Manager.
