Cannot launch HTML report with Vivinet Diagnostics. (NETIQKB51519)

Situation

Vivinet Diagnostics browser-based report fails

Resolution

Perform the following steps to set Internet Explorer as your default web browser:
  1. Open Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Internet Options.
  3. Select the Programs tab. 
  4. Click Internet Explorer.
  5. Select Default Browser
  6. Click OK
  7. Start Internet Explorer.
  8. When you are prompted to make it the default browser, click Yes.


Cause

The default web browser is not Microsoft Internet Explorer. Vivinet Diagnostic requires Microsoft Internet Explorer as the default browser
