Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) does not currently provide the ability to change the automatic scheduling of a Full Accounts Cache Refresh (FACR) after a failed Incremental Accounts Cache Refresh (IACR).
An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Directory and Resource Administrator.
