cause
NetIQ Corporation released DRA 6.6 in January 2003. Microsoft released Windows Server 2003 in March 2003. Since Microsoft released Windows Server 2003 after NetIQ Corporation released DRA 6.6, NetIQ Corporation does not officially support managing Windows Server 2003 mixed-mode Active Directory domains with DRA 6.6.

NetIQ Corporation officially supports managing Windows Server 2003 mixed-mode Active Directory domains with DRA 7.0 and later. For more information about the latest version of DRA and how to upgrade to the latest version of DRA, see the NetIQ Directory and Resource Administrator support page, available at https://support.netiq.com/dra.
