symptom
EMProflieUpdate does not configure Outlook profiles properly.

cause
This behavior can be caused when the most recent hotfix for Exchange Migrator has not been applied. To see a list of available and most recent hotfixes for Exchange Migrator, see https://www.netiq.com/support/em/hotfixes.asp.

fix

To fix existing profiles that have been populated with the DN of the mailbox's X500 address:

• Add an additional column to the EMAMappings.tab file named Displayname.
• Run EMProfileUpdate with the -reprocess switch.
