Exchange Migrator 2.x
EMProfileUpdate populates the Username field of Outlook with the fully qualified DN of the mailbox's X500 address.
EMProflieUpdate does not configure Outlook profiles properly.
This behavior can be caused when the most recent hotfix for Exchange Migrator has not been applied. To see a list of available and most recent hotfixes for Exchange Migrator, see https://www.netiq.com/support/em/hotfixes.asp.
To fix existing profiles that have been populated with the DN of the mailbox's X500 address:
- Add an additional column to the EMAMappings.tab file named Displayname.
- Run EMProfileUpdate with the -reprocess switch.
