You can use the UpdateWin2K spreadsheet, available in the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Software Development Kit (SDK), to retrieve data for user accounts in the Recyle Bin.  However, you cannot use the spreadsheet to update data on user accounts in the Recycle Bin.
