The Web Console does not currently allow you to search across multiple domains at one time.

When managing objects and user accounts in a multiple domain environment using the Web Console, an Assistant Admin can only manage objects in one domain at a time.  The Web Console identifies the current domain being managed as the Focus Domain. To manage a different domain, the Assistant Admin must select the Change link next to the name of the Current focus domain and DRA server.  The Assistant Admin may then select another domain as the Focus Domain.

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Directory and Resource Administrator.
