The Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) command line interface (CLI) does not allow you to list all ActiveViews and the roles and powers associated with those Active Views. You can view ActiveViews and the roles and powers associated with each ActiveView in the Delegation and Configuration console.

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Directory and Resource Administrator.
